These terms govern your use of this website, pro.alcenza.consulting (the “site”), operated by Alcenza Business Services (“we”, “us”), Office 801, Court Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. By using the site or contacting us through it, you accept them. When you engage us for a service, the quote and terms we agree with you in writing apply to that service and take priority over these terms where the two differ.
Who we are
Alcenza Business Services is a private company providing PRO and government liaison services: we prepare and submit applications, pay government fees on your behalf and follow them up with the authorities.
We are not a government entity. We are not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, DET, MOFA, any free zone authority or any other government body, and we don’t act on their behalf. You can apply to the authorities directly yourself; our fee is for our work and is not a government charge.
Information on this site
The content of this site is general information. It is not legal, immigration, tax or other professional advice and doesn’t take your circumstances into account. Requirements, fees and procedures in the UAE change often and without notice; we work to keep the site accurate but don’t promise that it is complete or up to date.
Examples, sample cases, timelines and figures on the site (for instance, the example visa timeline or typical processing times) are illustrations, not a promise for your case. Advice on your situation is given in writing, after we have reviewed your documents.
No guarantee of outcome
Decisions on applications, visas, permits, licences, attestations and every other government transaction are made by the relevant authorities at their sole discretion. We don’t guarantee that an application will be approved, or the time it will take. Processing times depend on the authorities, their systems, your nationality and the completeness of your documents. Response times we mention, such as a reply “within 2 hours in working time”, are what we aim for, not a guarantee.
Fees and payment
- Our service fee is quoted and agreed before we start work.
- Government fees, fines and third-party charges (for example medical tests, insurance, legal translation, notary and courier costs) are set by the authorities and providers, may change between the quote and the payment, and are charged at cost with the official receipts.
- Once paid to an authority, government fees are usually non-refundable, including when an application is rejected or cancelled. We can’t refund amounts the authority doesn’t return.
- Refunds of our own service fee, if any, follow the terms agreed for that service.
Your responsibilities
- Give us complete, accurate and genuine documents and information, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
- You are responsible for the consequences of documents or information that are false, forged, expired or incomplete, including rejections, fines, bans or extra fees.
- Attend in person where the law requires it, for example the medical fitness test, biometrics or signing in front of a notary.
- Reply to our requests in time. Delays on your side can mean missed deadlines, fines or a new application, which we can’t be responsible for.
Documents and communication
We use your documents only to carry out the service you asked for and return originals once the transaction is complete. We usually communicate by WhatsApp, phone and email; messages on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. We may ask you to confirm important instructions in writing before we act on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
- we are not liable for decisions, delays or errors of government authorities, outages of government systems and portals, or changes in laws, requirements or fees;
- we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information or documents provided by you;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business, contracts or opportunity;
- our total liability in connection with a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don’t send false or automated requests, try to disrupt the site or its forms, or probe it for vulnerabilities. We may block access to anyone who does. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Intellectual property
The content, text, design and logo on this site belong to Alcenza Business Services or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use needs our written permission.
Links and third-party services
The site links to and uses third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Google and government portals. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version on the site at the time you use it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
