This policy explains what personal data Alcenza Business Services (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, pro.alcenza.consulting, and when you use our PRO services, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
When you send a request through the website: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the service you’re interested in and your message. With the request we also record the page you sent it from, where you came to the site from (the referring site and campaign tags such as utm_source), your IP address and approximate location (country and city), and, when analytics is switched on, your Google Analytics and Google Ads click identifiers.
When you message or call us: your phone number, name and whatever you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
When you use our services: the documents a government transaction needs, for example passports, visas, Emirates IDs, photos, educational and family certificates, medical and insurance details, tenancy contracts and company documents. We only ask for what your specific transaction requires.
When you browse the site: technical data through cookies (see below) and standard server logs: IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request with a document checklist and a quote.
- To carry out the services you ask for: preparing and submitting applications, paying government fees on your behalf and keeping you updated.
- To remind clients of upcoming renewals and expiry dates.
- To protect the site and the request form from spam and abuse.
- To understand how visitors use the site and which campaigns bring requests, so we can improve both.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and record-keeping.
We use your data because you asked us to (by sending a request or a message), because we need it to perform our agreement with you once you use our services, or because the law requires it. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it for the purposes above:
- Government authorities and service centres that handle your transaction, such as GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, DET, MOFA, free zone authorities, typing and service centres, and medical fitness centres.
- Partners in a specific transaction, such as licensed legal translators, notaries, insurers and couriers, only when your case needs them.
- Service providers that run our website and systems for us: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (security, content delivery and approximate location from the IP address: every visit passes through it), our CRM system where requests are stored, ipinfo.io (approximate location from an IP address), Google (Analytics and web fonts), jsDelivr (scripts for the phone number field) and WhatsApp when you message us there.
- Authorities or courts when the law requires us to disclose information.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we transfer only what they need and rely on the safeguards the UAE data protection law allows for such transfers.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores for this site. We use the following:

Analytics and advertising cookies are only set while those tools are switched on for the site. If we run advertising campaigns, the ad platforms may set their own cookies to measure them. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; without the first three, the request form may not work, but you can always reach us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and messages for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. Client records and documents are kept while we work together and afterwards for as long as UAE law requires, for example for accounting and tax records. After that we delete or anonymise them. Original documents are returned to you once the transaction is complete.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, and requests travel to our CRM over an encrypted connection. Access to client files is limited to the people working on them, and we share documents with authorities and partners only through their official channels or secure means.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or complete it;
- delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- restrict or stop using it, including for any messages about our services;
- send it to you or to another provider in a commonly used format.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect what we did before. Send your request to [email protected] and we’ll reply without undue delay. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office. If you’re in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you similar rights, and you can also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children. We process children’s data only when a parent or guardian gives it to us for a family transaction, such as a newborn’s residence visa or family sponsorship.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
